HOW TO PLASTIC WELD PUR (polyurethane) BUMPERS

PUR is a thermoset plastic and therefore cannot be re-welded like other plastics found on cars but it can still be hot plastic welded using a different technique 👍

This video will take you through the whole process and includes some helpful TECH TIPS.

To easily and effectively weld PUR you will need an airless welder and there is only one company’s welder that I would recommend, it’s from Polyvance and they are the plastic welding gurus of the automotive industry.
