I'm building and installing a collapsible custom outfeed table for the Ridgid 4520 Table Saw. This variation of the millions of outfeed tables that are out there could easily be adapted to fit most table saws with a t-track on the bottom of the rear rail. If you are thinking about adding something like this to your table saw and you have any questions, let me know in the comments or send me an email at [email protected].

On the Ridgid R4520 the top of the table to the bottom of the rear rail is 2 inches, so 2 pieces of 3/4" plywood and the 1/2" plywood surface fit perfectly.

You can find more info about the outfeed table on the Sean Does DIY website: https://seandoesdiy.com

Here's a link to a short video explaining why I designed and built the outfeed table the way I did:

I'd love to see what you've built for your saw!
