Today on redneck rescue we had a customer that had a skidoo 850 turbo that went into limp mode 14 miles in the back country.  Because of the extreme situation and huge snowfall, he was not able to attempt to get the sled out until now. He went in the day before with a metal detector, some probes and some manpower. 
They located the sled and pulled it out of the creek and up on top of the snow. Then he called us in to help assist with the rescue.  We spent nine hours in the mountains that day, working the sled through obstacles just to get to the main trail to tow it out.  Fortunately, the sled stayed out of limp mode long enough to climb up the cute then went into limp mode right at the top could not have worked out more perfect.
