Ryker is a shining light and an outstanding Grade 9 student and member of the Soccer Academy at St. Edmund Catholic Elementary/Junior High School. He strives to be inclusive by always welcoming others, being supportive of his peers, and being respectful to his coaches and teachers. He is described as strong and resilient. Two words could describe this young student: strong and resilient. When Ryker was younger, he lost his little brother to a heart condition at just 12 weeks old. In honour of his brother, he lives each day with a positive attitude and is inspirational to everyone he encounters.
