This Braised Beef is a one pot beef delicacy cooked low and slow on the stove. Here a tough beef cut is first marinated with a make-it-yourself marinade, before browning in a hot pan to amp up flavours. It is then braised in an umami rich Indo-Chinese braising liquid of onion, garlic, stock, tomato sauce and oyster sauce.
