These shutters will instantly improve your home's curb appeal and they're ridiculously easy to build. Make them as simple or intricate as you want. Use dimensional lumber from the hardware store and you don't even need a table saw....just something to cross cut wood to length (miter saw, hand saw, jigsaw, etc).
