Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
½ shallot
1 carrot peeled finely chopped
1 pound ground beef
½ pound ground pork (optional)
1-½ pound fresh tomatoes peeled and diced
Basil leaves
Oregano
1 tsp sugar.
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt optional
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup beef broth
¼ cup red wine
1 cup parmesan cheese
