In regards to Spring 2024 anime, Wind Breaker received a great deal of praise. Many fans even considered it to be the spiritual successor to Tokyo Revengers. But I don’t hear many people praising the themes of Wind Breaker…and they should! In this anime video essay, I want to explore the themes of vision and community in Wind Breaker.
