- Go to iTunes & App store (on your settings) and tap on Apple ID, and then on View Apple ID.

- Press Country/region and then Change Country or Region (select Netherlands). Agree to Terms and Conditions.

Then next to the payment method select: None.

- Then you will need to go online and find a random address in Netherlands and fill the billing address windows. The address must be real and in Netherlands. You can write your real phone number it doesn't matter.

- Then press Next and make sure that it saved the new region.

- Then go to the Apple Store and look for the Disney + app. Download the app and create an account with your email.

After you created the account you will need to write in your Payment method to continue the free trial. This is when it gets tricky since you will need to have a Netherland card, because now your region is in the Netherlands. I am not sure maybe you can use your Paypal, I don't have one and I really do not know how it works.

What I did here, since I had already downloaded the app and created an account, I changed my region on apple ID back to my real one and made a payment with my real (Polish) credit card.

Basically your apple ID region needs to be set in Netherland only to download the app and create an account. After that you can make a payment (you won't pay anything, but it is needed because after 2 month of trial, you will be automatically charged for the subscription if you do not cancel it) with your real card after changing Apple ID region back to normal.
