Each year in Spring & Autumn we travel for 1 week on the island Rügen, in the North of Germany, for pike fly fishing. Rügen is probably one of the best pike territories in whole Europe. Due to the brackish water in this area, pike can grow to tremendous size.
But this time we increased the stakes: We tried to catch a pike on a bamboo rod!
