The owners of Bob’s Stores announced on Monday that it plans to close all locations by July 14.

Those closings include locations in Cranston and Attleboro.

The apparel and footwear chain said that even as it changed the company’s structure and operation, it was not able to secure finances that are needed to continue in business.
