This is round 3 of the 2009 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Lites East Championship from the brand new Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN.

Returning Supercross Lites East contenders like Christophe Pourcel, Brett Metcalfe, Lites sophomores Austin Stroupe and Nico Izzi, Wil Hahn, Lites rookie Blake Wharton, 2003 champ Branden Jesseman, Martin Davalos and others battle it out for the 2009 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Lites East Championship. This is Christophe Pourcel's first full season in the U.S. after a very painful spinal injury that almost cost him his career (and mobility) in 2008. Privateer Daniel Blair #125 earns a Factory ride with the GEICO Honda team after Brett Metcalfe went down with an injury after finishing 2nd in the opener at Houston. This is the first race held in the new Lucas Oil Stadium after racing in the RCA Dome for so many years. Mike LaRocco is the designer of the Indianapolis track. This race is well known for the MASSIVE first turn pileup in the main after Team Suzuki's Nico Izzi had pulled the holeshot, only to result in a red flag.

Enjoy.

NOTE: The next race from Daytona will be shown with the Supercross class eventually on my channel.
