Legal Analyst Melusi Xulu says the Constitution doesn't have stipulations on a person eligibility to serve as members of the JSC. This comes as MK Party's John Hlophe resigned from the JSC after disputes on his position. Xulu says the case against Hlophe should continue to clarify such similar instances that might occur in the future.
