The Edinburgh Interfaith Association welcomes you to Faith Full Fridays which is a new programme for people of faith and no faith. In this series of twelve monthly programmes that appear on the final Friday of each month, you will meet some very interesting faith leaders from the Edinburgh community. You will also meet three Mindfulness facilitators who conclude each programme with five minutes of mindfulness practice to help you relax and better appreciate the preceding message.
