Today we are making some easy vegan lunches! Recipes are below :) and will be on my website as soon as I get home and can upload them!

Dunkaroos:
1/4 cup butter or coconut oil
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Frosting:
1 tbsp vegan butter
1 tbsp almond milk
as much powdered sugar as you need to make a frosting consistency
Mix flax and water. Set aside. Cream together sugar and butter. Add flax egg and combine. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Add slowly to wet mixture, stirring to form a dough. Roll out half as thick as I showed in the video. Cut out shapes and put on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 7 minutes.
Sweet Potato Fries:
1 sweet potato
1 tsp oil
salt and pepper
paprika
Bake at 400F for 15 minutes, flip then bake another 10.
