Sorry the quality of this video got corrupted. And one thing I left out was that my A1C was under 6.5 before conception. Just taking care of your diabetes is important no matter what stage of like we're in but pregnancy it does become quite important. Anyways, I hope by sharing some things that I did to help me along the way of my conception journey can be of some help to you. These are all things I did leading up to pregnancy and then of course there are changes that have occurred since becoming pregnant with our rainbow baby.
