In this video, we use a simple $1 wine glass from the dollar tree (although you really could use any glass or mug) and some multi surface paint from Walmart to make adorable, customized, painted wine glasses that would make perfect Mother’s Day Gifts or gifts for any occasion, really. The kids placed yellow thumbprints all over the glasses and I then turned them into little bees with flowers. We also made cute little bows for the stem of the glasses with ribbon from Walmart.
In addition to the stemware, I repainted a thrifted old Melissa and Doug puzzle base to turn it into a rustic, farmhouse style frame. Using my Cricut silhouette, I printed out Proverbs 16:24 for the sign.
Both projects are fun, and inexpensive ways to create personalized gifts for any mo tore or grandmother in your life and add some farmhouse charm to your home!
