The Honolulu Police Department’s Alapai Headquarters on Beretania St. was built near a cemetery. There have been numerous accounts of paranormal activity since the station opened its doors decades ago. These haunting stories, shared by two of our officers, include their own personal experiences in the Central Receiving Division cell block
