Here is the recipe. I made a few alterations but heres the link to the original recipe

2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup Stevia
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup heavy cream
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp vinilla extract
1 cup blueberries
(optional cream cheese for the middle of the muffins)

1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. In a large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients
3. Mix in the melted butter , heavy cream and the vanilla. Make sure that the mix isn't too hot (so the eggs won't cook) then add in the eggs.
4.Line the muffin pan
5. Spoon in half the mix into the pan (if you want to add cream cheese, if you don't want cream cheese then fill the pan all the way up)
6. Cook for 25 minutes
7. Enjoy!
