Hooray~ The building of "My 1st CNC milling machine DIY" has been finished and here let me up-load the full video (combined previous 10 separate videos already up-loaded plus overview, test running and cuttings etc.) of it.
This project is actually the first one of CNC related in my life. It takes over a 8 months net time in the physical building. However, I had to put efforts and times to learn and gather the technical knowledge regarding heavy metal fabrication, electrical technology, especially for CNC before the physical building. In addition it took more time for constructing small work area at home before and moving to a new workshop in the middle of building. Including all these prior preparations, over 2 year's time was put for this project (:
This is the DIY project at home (at small workshop). Therefore I have tried to maximize fabricating by my own hands as far as I could and this requirements was reflected in the machine design. One of them would be the "Lego block concept frame assembly" which has steel tube column of handable weight of 19.8kg. And the highest weight among the whole machine is the X-base assembly of which has the weight about 23Kg. By the way, I can say I have been so happy and delighted during the whole period of this building, with the project well-done and up-loading videos completed!

I am on preparing next project. Basically, the spindle head unit of the current (build finished) machine will be up-graded to the "industrial version" which will have servo spindle motor and heavy-duty spindle unit. Frames will need to be reinforced considerably so as to put up with the increasing weight of these spindle system. In addition, a coolant system and machine housing will be introduced so as this new machine to became a kind of machining center. It will surely be fantastic task again I believe! Videos for this new building will be shared again in order. Expect to see, please!

Thank you!
