Certain restaurants can charge more for their food than others and one main reason is the culture the food represents. Rather than charging for the quality of the food as it is, food is being charged for the ethicity of the food. For example, Japanese or French foods are held to a higher class and are more expensive than Chinese or Mexican foods.
