This video discusses a clinical case where the patient had 3 unconnected implants on the upper jaw - a bridge on 2 implants and a single crown on the 3rd implant. After the tooth was removed, it was decided not to install a new implant, but to make an intermediate part (pontic) between the two existing implants. There were 2 multi-connections on the lower jaw for the production of new crowns. The stages of treatment are described: removal of the old denture, installation of new multi-joints, healing of the gums, taking impressions using an intraoral scanner and making temporary dentures for both jaws.

00:00 Welcome back to XGate Dental. Introduction to discussing new dental procedures and cases.
00:22 Presenting the clinical case - patient had 3 unconnected implants on upper jaw, a 2-implant bridge and a single implant crown.
00:38 Need to extract a non-healing tooth, showing fibrous tissue in the socket area.
00:48 Treatment plan - instead of placing a new implant, utilizing the existing 3 implants to create a pontic (suspended tooth) between the 2 anterior implants.
00:59 On th lower jaw, 2 regular multi-units present for making new crowns.
01:09 Treatment steps - removing old bridge, placing multi-units, allowing area to heal with healing caps on upper and lower jaws.
01:19 Impression taking with scan abutments and intraoral scanner on upper 3 V-type multi-units and lower 2 implants.
01:34 Temporary bridge due to recent extraction, allowing gingival healing and emergence profile formation.
01:50 Not ideal for permanent restoration yet, waiting for gingival healing.
02:00 Plan to change upper crowns first, keeping lower temps until fully healed gingiva to scan again for permanent bridges.
02:20 Recap - extracted tooth, utilizing existing 2 anterior and 1 posterior implants for a 4-unit bridge instead of placing new implant.
