I got upset one night about the state of things and had to get it off my chest.

Want to know what drives me? Helping people. Protecting them from mold. Protecting them from predatory mold remediators peddling their "silver bullet, miracle drug" remediation. Improving their health. This is my calling in the hopes I can help make the world a better place.

We made massive improvements to the information in our website and finally got it live October 2020. And it never stops. Always looking for ways to share information better and make it clearer so more folks understand their health is at stake and what's important.

*Correction. Someone asked me about my comments at 6:59 about opening the window. It's ok if your remediator temporarily opens a window or an exterior door to throw out trash, brings in tools, etc...But this company had the window open...all day. That's the problem. Sorry for not being clearer*
