This is a move that I love to incorporate into my flow all the time! There are so many possibilities on how to go into or come out of this move, and it looks awesome to the eyes!

I call this the Body coin wrap, because it imitates the looks of a coin flip, but you're wrapping the hoop around your body. Fair enough, right? :)
