That Fire-Bathing and Forest-Bathing might share a similar approach, with an emphasis on being present with nature, slowing down, and connecting with nature in a multi-sensory capacity.

While taking a breather from practicing hand spindle and tuning in with the spirit of fire, I talk about this phrase that I've borrowed from the Japanese language, "Hi-Yoku"...
