This amp costs only 140€ ($150ish). It's a dirt cheap valve or tube amp. And it's amazing. It's the Harley Benton Tube5 (sold in the US under the name Stage Right on Monoprice). It's really simple. It only has two controls, tone and volume, and it has a cab out connection, plus a switch that lets you switch between 5 and 1 watt mode. It also looks like a real, albeit small, amp. Nice stuff.

I try this affordable valve amp as it is, with an external cab, and with an overdrive pedal. So if you're on the market for a budget tube amp, this thing could be ideal for you.
