Tiktok and Youtube Shorts recently has been filled with clips of Family Guy, Rick & Morty and other cartoon's episodes with hyper casual gameplay on the bottom. But I've been so fascinated to see how many different games there were and how new ones were constantly coming up. I was wondering how they managed to make so many, until I started seeing common points between them. That's when I realised that most of them share a lot of models and code.

I decided to make a video showcasing how easily you can build a base for a hyper casual game and then how you can add slightly different features and make it a completely "new" game. These tactics would not be useful to indie developers as quality is prefered over quantity, but for massive companies that can afford a ton of advertisement, as long as the return on their advertisement is positive, quality doesn't matter.
