Example of using Zebra ZT610R RFID printer/encoder with Zebra Designer Pro V2 software to create/print/encode an Avery Dennison AD-236u7 RFID Label.

The Label+Liner width is 82mm. The pitch (leading edge to leading edge) between labels is 38mm. The label itself is 76mm wide by 20mm tall. The gap between labels is 18mm.

Printer calibration is not shown -- previously label length and RFID were calibrated from the printer front panel. RFID settings used are Program Position of B12, Antenna A3, Read Power 21 and Write Power 24.

With some simple tweaks to the printer setup throughput is increased dramatically. I show how to offset the start print position to eliminate the backfeed between labels using a custom command in the driver: ! U1 setvar "media.tof" "144"

I also show how to adjust the print location in Label Setup to account for the new start print position.

The result is 200+ labels/minute printed, encoded and verified.
