Cancer is a universally bad experience, and no one is rooting for cancer patients to succeed. In spite of this, there are a lot of uncomfortable feelings that cancer patients and their loved ones encounter throughout the diagnosis, treatment, remission or death processes.

The reality is that because cancer is such a universal experience (over 50% of the world will be diagnosed with cancer at some point at their lives), it means that all types of people will have it.

This includes our individual personalities, our support systems, our friends, family, financial situation, mental health, etc.

These are going to be wildly variable, and cancer along with these can compound feelings about life not being fair or having to deal with too much.

These feelings are very valid, and instead of repressing them, it's worth examining why they happen, and how we can deal with them most effectively.

There is no one-size-fits all way to go about life, and especially not as a cancer patient or the loved one of someone who has cancer, but I hope this video helps anyone who is felling a little weird about the situation they are in.

Thank you!
