This fight does have a bit of RNG in it because they will each start with a random bonus abnormality. For me Elena got Burrowing Heaven. Mirinae got Snow White's Apple. Bacikal got King of Greed. Blue Reverberation got Alriune. Bayard got Singing Machine.

Also for later I would recommend having Roland pick up Lies and Learning if you can.

Elena is by far the most dangerous one here. Try and not clash her Scene 1 if you can because you want to delay Pulsation as long as you can. Pulsation is given to all allies and gives 1 Strength for every 10 Damage taken (Max 4) but they take Damage if they didn't take any damage in a Scene. Pulsation can easily punish you for spreading out your damage too much or for not staggering someone and they get 4 Strength next Scene. Elena also can't die for 3 Scenes when she gets Fervent Beats and you can't just ignore her because Elena has a very strong EGO. Aspiration deals Damage to self equal to half your Max Hp and then gains power for every 8 Damage you took because Elena has 162 Hp this can at most give +10 Power but of course it actually is +20 Power because Aspiration is twice as affected by power gain it also is a 12-20 Summation. The more you hurt her the less power she gets but wait she still has Pulsation so you might give her +8 Power anyway. Did I mention she also has Reindeer Treatment and Fervor? Pulsation also just gives her 1-2 Speed and power for a tiny health penalty. I got lucky and could kill her with a mass attack before she could use it but I would recommend getting Elena low but making sure to not hit her too much the Scene before she reaches Emotion level 4.

Mirinae has pretty bad Abnormality cards but Mirinae is going to Strength stack because that is just what Mirinae's do and that makes her a good target to rush down.

Argalia can be annoying with his Mass attack and Blood giving 1-3 Power but Scars causing him to take 3-5 more Damage makes him fairly fragile.

Bayard is only a problem if you let him get off his EGO or Blizzard because Blizzard can immobilize half your team.

Bacikal is just a Roland deck but Bacikal starts dealing a lot of Damage and inflicting Nails (Fairy but it maxes out at 10 and getting hit by Blunt dice remove it.) with his Pierce dice. I would recommend trying to sacrifice Librarians to redirect any enemies that get too much Strength and to try and rush Emotion level 5 on Roland for Blizzard to then hopefully mass attack spam to kill the Assistant Librarians. Blood Baths EGO also helps a lot.

Now we have the fun phase. Roland gets Vindicively and you need to win clashes equal to or greater than the amount of the status. Becoming Staggered or Dying will also give Roland more Vindicively but Roland can only be killed by not meeting his clash requirement. Counter dice and Evade dice are your friends. Conversion Social Science will also give you better rolls because you are always going to have dead allies for this phase. Lies will usually help Roland be able to spam Crystal Atelier more often because that is just the best card for this phase. It gives a Counter dice, has good rolls, and can give you back Stagger Resist. Learn also is nice because Learn will have Counter dice on the copied page actually clash each other allowing you to get more clashes. Now you just need to solve a puzzle. If you remember Roland's story from Library of Ruina this should be easy.

Here is the solution if you don't.
Clash Nihil with Tiphereth.
Clash Nothing There with Gebura.
Clash Lies with Chesed.
Clash Cycle with Binah.
And then use Angela to beat up imposter Roland.
