I am sharing how to make kimchi with
Asian chives, which are buchu in Korean.
I is very simple and fast to make
but very delicious!! and
this goes really well with rice!!
It's a must-try recipe!!

Ingredients
700g Korean chive(Buchu), cut into 3" long pieces
1/2C red pepper powder(coarse 3T/fine 3T)
2T garlic, minced
3T canary fish sauce
2T plum syrup
2T salted shrimp
1t ginger extract
Preparation
1. In a bowl, combine all the seasoning ingredients and
mix with the chives; let sit for 30minutes to an hour.
2. Mix it together gently; reserve at a room temperature. Store in a refrigerator.
