Today we dive into the world of Minecraft optimization mods, specifically focusing on the new mod on the block (get it?) Beddium. With Optifine once being the go-to for performance boosts, Sodium's arrival transformed the community, leading to a shift towards Fabric for performance based modding. However, for us Forge users, Embeddium once was our go to mod to get much needed FPS, not now they dropped support for Forge in favour of NeoForged we yet again are left behind. Beddium, a new fork of Embeddium is here to keep those FPS gains alive for us Forge players.
