*Ingredients:*
Roasted vermicelli
Avocado/olive oil
Water
Salt
Red chili powder
Chopped onion
Chopped carrot
Chopped bell peppers
Tomato ketchup
Black mustard seeds
Curry leaves

*Instructions:*
1. In a pan or kadai, add roasted vermicelli, water, 1 tsp oil, and 1 tsp salt. Let it boil until the vermicelli is cooked.
2. In another pan, heat oil and add black mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once they crackle, add chopped onion, chopped carrot, and chopped bell peppers. Sauté them.
3. Add salt, red chili powder, and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
4. Once the vermicelli is cooked, strain it and rinse with cool water.
5. Add the vermicelli to the pan with the sautéed vegetables and mix thoroughly.
6. Serve hot.
