I made up these racks for out two CT125 Postie bikes. I chose aluminium for the weigh, I know it can tear under certain stresses, in this case unlikely as the stress loads are minimal. If your unable to weld the tubular side frame a few straight pieces will do. Hold in place with saddles bolted to the flat.
