A long weekend in Lightning Ridge/Grawin fossicking and touring the town. From sunrise at the Artesian Bore Baths to finding Opal, it was a magic weekend in outback NSW.

We came home with many coloured specimens 😊

Day 1 – Tour of Lightning Ridge including Artesian Bore Baths
Day 2 – Fossicking at Garwin Opal fields (Sheepyard) and a view of everything in-between
Day 3 – More Fossicking at Garwin, we find out what type of Opal we found day 2 & see how Andrew brings it to life. (14mins Into video)
