Louis Campbell is the head dancer for the 2024 Lumbee Tribe “Dance of the Harvest Moon” powwow. He lives in Baltimore, Maryland, which has been home to many Lumbees for decades. He is sharing and keeping his culture alive as a Men’s Northern Traditional Dancer. He is celebrating this week with his community as the 2024 head dancer.
