New I-N-I sequence

Solution mostly created by remliw, this uses way more precise dance than my other solution but it's arguably easier.

The cannon fodders are extremely difficult to place and w10-12 are near impossible.

These solutions use an I-N-I ice pattern instead of I-I-N like all of my other P6-2i solutions. By "ice pattern," I'm referring to the order of the ices and dooms.
