The Boxer Infantry Fighting Vehicle consists of two parts: a platform (drive module) and a movable task module. The power system adopts MTU 8V199 TE20 turbocharged diesel engine with output power of 530 kW or 600 kW (A3). The power unit can be replaced within 30 minutes under current field conditions. The Boxer Dog adopts all-wheel drive, front four-wheel steering, and spiral spring double wishbone independent suspension. The maximum power/weight is as high as 24kW/t, and the minimum power/weight is 15.6kW/t. The powerful power provides a guarantee for a high level of maneuverability.
