Basic dough ingredients
650 grams of butter = 3 cups
300 grams of powdered sugar = 2 cups
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
900 grams of flour = 6 cups

for maamoul
Half a teaspoon mahlab
1 tablespoon of powdered milk
250 grams of date paste
A pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of oil

for cookies
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
vanilla

for barazek
Egg whites
Roasted sesame
Crushed pistachio

for the sable
Apricot jam

for biscuits
Coconut flavor or orange flavor

Notes
Bake the maamoul at 200 degrees for 8 minutes, then turn on the grill until it takes color
The rest of the shapes bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
