Believe the victim on the allegations alone? Has Taeil been (proven) guilty? Did I miss something?

I felt that it was important to talk about how far we have fallen in society when it comes to believing victims bereft of evidence, and as a result, declaring someone's guilt without proof to substantiate said guilt.

Just because someone is accused and charged for it, kicked out of a group and unfollowed by members of that group, it does not mean a person is (PROVEN) guilty. The facts, the evidence, the (TRUTH), (a word that is hated more and more these days unfortunately), that is what really matters. I have said many times that I am neither for nor against Taeil or the alleged victim in this situation as it stands, I am only on the side of truth. The one's who say "what more proof do we need?" and "we should believe the victim", (despite the lack of evidence to substantiate the victim's claims), those people are ok with jumping the gun because they're operating on a (no facts, just feelings) based system of thought, rather then waiting patiently for irrefutable evidence.

Everyone who has been in K-pop long enough knows it's not wise to jump the gun like this, but I have a feeling that even if it were to come out, (hypothetically), that Taeil didn't do what he was accused of, people who have been calling him a criminal based on the allegations alone, will still call him a criminal even after it's proven otherwise. They'll just say the justice system protected Taeil and all that stuff. But as for me, if it turns out to be true that he did what he was accused of, then he will have to pay for it according to what the law demands of him, and if he is innocent, then it's just another example of netizens using their power to get rid of yet another idol they don't like, but I guarantee you, I won't be like, 'I TOLD YOU SO SUCKUZZZ HAHAHA', because none of this stuff is funny to me at all.

So I say again let's wait for the evidence before going in on somebody.
