Overview of Extinction difficulty - basically on Extreme with the following additions:
1. Less HUD, can't see teammates health, no crosshair & reload bar, no sprint & melee stamina bar
2. Get infected when you get hit, even with temp health (though there seems to be a cooldown)
3. Zombies have more health (or you deal less damage ~40%).
4. Start with 25% less ammo.

There could be more, but these are what I found so far!
