After a major renovation, it has now reopened!
The style of choosing from a lineup of dishes is rather common in Chuuk. There were many dishes to choose from, so it was fun to choose.
Above all, we were very happy to see that our favorite dish, "Sizzling Pork," was still available after the reopen! This is a Filipino dish called Sisig, which is seasoned and stir-fried pork chopped into small pieces and served sizzling on a griddle. It is little bit expensive at $20 (it used to be around $10), but we will definitely go back to eat there someday!
