100 Thieves. LCS Champions. An episode nearly 4 years in the making, the series finale of “The Heist” takes a look back at 100 Thieves’ journey through the LCS, beginning back in 2018 when the team first entered franchising. After huge success early on, several iterations of the 100T LCS roster struggled to leave a mark in years to come, until the summer of 2021. Now with an overhauled roster and a trip to championship weekend of the LCS, the Thieves take on 2 of the biggest names in league of legends history in both Cloud9 and Team Liquid. Strong performances against C9 in the semifinals earned the Thieves a shot at the title. Despite being overwhelmingly viewed as underdogs, the players rose to the occasion to earn 100 Thieves’ it’s very first LCS title, the 5th team in history to do so. Check out the full journey here.
