Today and thanks to BMW of South Miami, I was able to film the 2024 X1 M35i!

The X1 M35i sits as BMW’s entry level performance model for the North American Market. It rides on the same UKL2 Chassis that is used for its Sibling the X2. Powering the X1 M35i is a 2.0 Twin Scroll Turbo 4 Cylinder that produces 312 HP and 295 lb-ft of torque. All that power is sent out through a 7 Speed DCT transmission with x-Drive being standard. At the front of the AWD system is an M Limited Slip Differential that helps transfer power when the system feels slippage from either wheel.

On the interior we have 2 large displays. The Gauge cluster comes in at 10.25 inches while the touchscreen stands in at 10.7 inches. This does use the I-Drive 9 operating system that is unique to both the X1 and X2 and are Google OS systems. We also have the performance bucket seats with the “M///“ logo illumination.
