How to video.
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Combine these ingredients and set aside
5 whole eggs separated
1 cup of sugar separate 3/4 and 1/4
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Icing
Remainder of pint of heavy whipping cream
3 T. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a 9x13 baking dish
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside
Beat your 5 egg yolks with 3/4 cup of sugar until light yellow. Add 1/3 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Beat until mixed and pour over your dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup of sugar until firm peaks. Fold gently into your batter. Spread out evening and remove air bubbles.
Bake for 20 minute and check with a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, your cake is done.
Let cake cool for 30 minutes.
Combine 1 can evaporated milk, 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Use the remainder of this for you whipped cream topping.
Pour over cake. Put cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Make your whipped cream using the remainder of your pint of whipped cream and 3 T. of sugar. Beat until soft peaks and spread over cake and garnish with strawberries for raspberries.
Keep refrigerated.
