Was my Honda CRZ meant to be? In today's video, I give you the full story of my new project car. From a dead auction car to a perfectly running vehicle in about 20 minutes, I think I lucked out!

In my previous video, I introduced you all to my new Honda CRZ project and my overall thoughts on the car. I mentioned that I bought this car at auction and the story was quite interesting ( at least in my opinion). I've always thought the CRZ's were such cool cars, but I never thought I would own one in this particular scenario. Unlike my Honda Civic purchases, I was truly going into this as a blind buy for a non-running vehicle. But who woulda thought that a couple fuses would be the answer? This is definitely one of those ideal Chris Fix moments haha.

I do find it oddly convenient that after months of searching for a new project car (that's different than what I've done before) THIS CRZ pops up in my feed. I wasn't searching for this car, but I'm glad it found me. Again, I wanted a BUDGET friendly car that I can have fun with and throw some mods at to make it my own. I know there's been a handful of comments regarding the CVT transmission and that I should have bought a nicer example, but...it's a $2400 car in an insane market. I would flintstone the damn thing for that price.

As you can see, I was pretty stoked about this situation. I went through an emotional rollercoaster for about 12 hours to have it all pay off. So what I'm trying to say is, follow your gut in situations like this. It could pay off with a $100 battery and $5 worth of fuses. I'm super pumped on this car and the story makes it that much better. So let's see how we can start making this thing better!
