"In a skiing accident, Katharina De Simoni suffered severe knee injuries. She tore the meniscus and several ligaments. An operation enabled her to have a functional knee again. But the doctor predicted that she would develop osteoarthritis with increasing age. And so, it came to pass. She did not want to have another operation and was looking for alternatives. Since nothing really helped, she had to restrict herself more and more and could not jog or continue other sporting activities. Only when she learned about Bruno Gröning in 2013 did a change begin. Six months later, she got the impulse to jog and did so for the first time after 12 years of break – without pain. Since then, her pain and limitations have disappeared, she is doing sports again and today says: “My knee is as fit as it was in my youth.“
