We use a Shimano GRX external rear derailleur, but the principles are nearly the same for most rear derailleurs.
In a few clear steps, Daniel Borgstål, a mechanic at Sportson in Jönköping, demonstrates how to adjust your rear derailleur so it shifts cleanly and smoothly.
