* Amended information : The filter case drain bolt mentioned in this video is a contentious issue .
Its purpose is a connection point for oil pressure testing not specifically a drain point for the oil filter housing .It is also a weak point in the case and is easily over torqued which typically leads to cracking the housing . Many people recommend to leave it in place and not to use it as a drain point.
I've never had an issue and will continue to use it for both draining oil and as a oil pressure test point .
I suggest you do what ever you think works best for you .
