Warming up for our Hoop Den @Kooky Gras.

Week 3 in my Cosmic Garden and the theme is Transitions.

To recap week 1 we set foundations, week 2 we activate movement and week 3 is where all the pieces spin together into hoop dance by transitioning from one smooth move to another.

I love finding the beat and tuning into the melodies. Hooping’s such an awesome way to interpret music in your body.

The challenge as always is connection.
